Location: Houston, TX We are working with a well-established, privately owned mechanical contractor in the Houston market looking to add an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to their team. This company specializes in commercial mechanical and plumbing construction, with a strong focus on technically challenging renovation, retrofit, healthcare, and special projects work. Responsibilities • Manage mechanical projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout. • Develop estimates, proposals, material pricing, labor costs, and change orders. • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional work. • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall execution. • Maintain accountability for project profitability and client satisfaction. Qualifications • Experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects (HVAC and/or plumbing). • Background in estimating, preconstruction, and project management. • Experience with renovation, retrofit, and/or ground-up projects. • Strong client-facing, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to independently manage projects and develop new business opportunities. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary up to $160K, depending on experience. • Two-tier bonus/profit-sharing structure tied to selling and managing projects. • Company-paid employee healthcare premiums. • 401(k) with company match. • $850/month vehicle allowance, gas card, and toll coverage.
