You will be working with our Healthy Families program, a pregnancy and parenting education initiative designed to help first-time parents to create a stable, nurturing environment for their child. The ideal candidate brings understanding about child development, the ability to provide reflective supervision, and culturally responsive care, with a passion for empowering diverse families. You will support staff through modeling and teaching strength-based, trauma-informed care. Responsibilities: • Provide clinical, administrative and reflective supervision to assigned Home Visitors. • Conduct quality assurance activities including co-visits, home visit observations and phone calls with families. • Ensure families connect with the necessary community services to facilitate children’s growth and development, parent’s own health and wellness, and improve family functioning. • Develop effective relationships with staff and families through utilization of motivational interviewing skills, modeling difficult conversations, and the provision of supportive, concrete services. • Plan and co–facilitate parent support and parent-child interaction groups, as needed.
