The role involves managing internal teams, coordinating with clients and network partners, and ensuring seamless delivery of communication plans. Location: Gurugram CTC Offered: 6 LPA Key Responsibilities: • Support the Client Director in developing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs. • Collaborate with Dentsu teams and network partners to leverage capabilities, products, and services to drive business value. • Manage client communication plans, ensuring timely execution within agreed timelines and budgets. • Review plans and identify opportunities to improve margins, enhance value, and drive innovation through better ways of working. • Lead and motivate internal teams to ensure high-quality work and execution excellence. • Ensure accurate communication of project plans, deliverables, and regular updates to clients. • Drive effective coordination between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners. Requirements: • Prior experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency. • Strong understanding of integrated communication planning and campaign execution. • Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. • Strong project management, budgeting, and team management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
