Location: Gurugram CTC Offered: 8.50 LPA Key Responsibilities: • Support the Client Director in developing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs. • Collaborate across Dentsu and its network to leverage integrated capabilities, products, and services to deliver business value. • Manage clients' integrated communication plans, ensuring timely execution within agreed timelines and budgets. • Drive effective project management and coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners. • Review plans and identify opportunities to improve margins, add value, and drive innovation through better ways of working. • Lead, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work and execution excellence. • Ensure accurate communication of plans, project details, progress, and updates to clients. • Proactively identify delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and communication planning. • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Strong project management, budgeting, and execution capabilities. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
