You will work closely with managers and partners, lead engagement work and help develop junior team members. What you will be doing: • Support engagements from planning and risk assessment through fieldwork and completion. • Perform audit procedures and prepare clear, well-supported workpapers. • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting audit documentation. • Review associates’ work, delegate tasks and provide coaching. • Coordinate client requests, manage deadlines and communicate issues to managers and partners. • Research accounting and auditing questions as they arise. What you must have: • Public accounting audit experience and readiness to own engagement work. • Strong audit fundamentals and the ability to review and explain your work. • Clear communication, dependable follow-through and a collaborative approach. • Interest in working with privately owned commercial businesses.
