Commercial Roofing Foreman Location: Michigan An established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to join its field operations team in Michigan. The company specialises in commercial and industrial roofing projects, delivering high-quality roofing solutions across a variety of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofing professional to take a leadership role on site, overseeing installation crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily roofing operations, leading and coordinating installation crews, assigning work activities and ensuring projects remain on schedule. Duties will include overseeing the installation of commercial roofing systems, coordinating materials and equipment, interpreting construction drawings and specifications, monitoring workmanship and quality control, enforcing health and safety procedures, resolving on-site issues and communicating progress with Project Managers and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining productivity, managing site logistics and ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications and company standards. Candidates should have proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Installer within the commercial roofing industry, with a strong understanding of roofing installation methods, materials and safety requirements. Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen and other low-slope applications would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, the ability to motivate and manage installation crews, and the confidence to take ownership of daily site operations. A hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship are essential.
