Job Title Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location Scottdale, PA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life • Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications • Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) • Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant • Current CPR/BLS certification • Expected 35 hours per week Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting • Strong documentation and communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience through contract placement in a supportive therapy environment • Work with a staffing team dedicated to matching you with roles that align with your skills and career goals
