Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Oversee Food Service Operations: Direct all daily food service operations, including meal preparation, production, service, and sanitation, ensuring high-quality, nutritious, and appealing meals for residents in accordance with regulatory standards. • Leadership & Staff Development: Train, supervise, and develop dietary team members while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive, resident-focused work environment. • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CMS, state, local, and Department of Public Health regulations, including food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, therapeutic diets, and nutritional standards. • Resident Satisfaction & Nutritional Care: Collaborate with nursing, dietitians, and interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' individual dietary needs, accommodate preferences, oversee menu planning, and enhance the overall dining experience.
