Key Responsibilities: • Triage and assess incoming patients, prioritizing care based on acuity. • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures within scope of practice. • Document patient histories, interventions, and outcomes accurately. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate care. • Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status. • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. • Manage critical patients in high-acuity situations, ensuring timely interventions.
