Key Responsibilities: • Assess patients to determine functional goals and treatment plans. • Deliver evidence-based OT interventions in clinical settings. • Document patient progress and update care plans daily. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises. • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in allied health. • Holds a valid professional license in Kansas or a compact license.
