Key Responsibilities: • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans. • Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. • Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care. • Document treatment plans and progress notes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
