Capstone IT is helping our client find a Project Manager who will lead a large-scale enterprise technology transformation involving ERP, HCM, and Finance systems. This person will manage complex multi-million dollar projects, owning delivery from initiation through implementation. Day to day, the Project Manager will coordinate business and technical teams, manage vendors, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, testing, and executive-level project reporting. Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required. Top 4 Skills • Enterprise ERP implementation/project management • HCM implementation/project management • Finance systems implementation/project management • Enterprise transformation/program delivery Responsibilities • Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation. • Partner with sponsors and product owners to define project vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria. • Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, budgets, dependencies, and resource plans. • Coordinate ERP, HCM, Finance, technical, business, and vendor workstreams. • Manage implementation partners and software/hardware vendors. • Facilitate requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimation, and testing strategy. • Track progress against budget, schedule, milestones, and deliverables. • Identify, quantify, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues. • Manage project costs and provide accurate budget reporting. • Lead project teams and assign responsibilities across business and technical resources. • Support Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices. • Provide regular project communications and executive-level status reporting. Qualifications • 6+ years of IT or business technology experience, including 2+ years in senior technical or leadership responsibilities. • Demonstrated ERP project management experience. • Experience delivering HCM and Finance system initiatives. • Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise programs/projects. • Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application implementations. • Experience with Scrum and Kanban. • Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, vendors, requirements, testing, and implementation. • Experience with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera, Enterprise Project Server, or similar PM tools. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience. • Nice to have: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM experience. • Nice to have: Master's degree. • Nice to have: experience with regulated environments and standards such as NAESB.
