Requirements • Education: Pharm.D. required. • Experience: PGY1 Residency required (PGY2 preferred) OR 3+ years of clinical specialist experience. • Licensure: Active Kentucky Pharmacist license. • Certifications: BCPS preferred; active BLS/ACLS required for acute care placements.
