What a Shift Looks Like • Greeting clients and walking them through their options in plain, confident language • Starting IVs and giving treatments and injections • Helping clients choose the plan that fits their goals • Leading the team on shift, including our PRN IV techs • Keeping the clinic running smoothly and the vibe welcoming Who We're Looking For • Active Missouri RN or Paramedic license (or eligible) • Strong, confident IV skills • Warm, professional, and genuinely good with people • A natural leader who takes ownership of the day • Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement Paramedics, this one's for you. Your IV skills, calm under pressure, and ability to read people translate perfectly to wellness.
