In this role, you'll be the connection between potential customers and our sales team, ensuring every opportunity is properly qualified, prioritized, and assigned for success. RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive and review incoming leads from various sources • Categorize leads based on which sales division the lead should be assigned • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives • Communicate with customers to ensure that they are properly nurtured and routed to the correct sales representative. • Debrief Comfort Advisors post call Required Skills & Abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and management. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to quickly assess and prioritize leads to ensure the most promising opportunities are being pursued. • Ability to analyze lead data and trends to suggest improvements in lead generation and follow-up processes. • A focus on delivering a positive experience for leads and assisting sales representatives to close deals efficiently. Education & Experience • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation is preferred. • Experience with CRM software, preferably ServiceTitan, as well as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
