Job Description: Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams. • Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date. • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items. • Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership. • Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO support role. • Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is highly desirable. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or working toward one) is a plus. Preferred Attributes • Experience working within a PMO or centralized project governance environment. • Exposure to procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor performance tracking. • Understanding of risk and change management practices. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
