WIL is seeking a Program Director for national service to direct a program that places members in schools and communities to deliver education, workforce, and community services. What you'll do • Direct program design for member recruitment, training, placement, and supervision • Develop service-site partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and public agencies • Build member development and pathways from service to employment • Oversee member eligibility, timekeeping, compliance, and grant reporting • Define performance measures and evaluation plans • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required • Experience directing or managing a member-based national service or service-year program • Experience recruiting, training, and supervising members or volunteers across multiple sites • Knowledge of federal grant compliance and performance reporting • Partnership-building with community organizations and service sites • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US Nice to have • Prior national service program director or grantee experience • Former national service member • Workforce or education program background
