WIL is seeking a Program Director for technician education at a community or technical college to lead a project improving technician training in advanced technology fields, including electric vehicles. What you'll do • Serve as lead PI or co-PI from a two-year college • Design or update technician curricula and stackable credentials with industry partners • Lead faculty professional development and lab or equipment planning • Recruit and support students, including students from underrepresented groups • Work with evaluators to measure student and program outcomes • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required • Faculty member, dean, or administrator at a community or technical college • Experience developing technician education programs in advanced technology fields • Industry partnership experience • Experience leading or supporting grant-funded education projects • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US Nice to have • Prior federal technician-education grant as PI or co-PI • Electric vehicle, automotive, or electrical technology program experience • Experience partnering with external evaluators
