Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design. • Required: Previous experience working within an architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design firm. • Proven responsibility for managing project scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risks, and client relationships. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. • Strong understanding of design development, permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initial design through final delivery. • Experience resolving scope changes, design conflicts, coordination issues, schedule risks, and cost concerns. • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. • Understanding of professional services agreements, design deliverables, and architecture and engineering firm operations. Important Qualification: Candidates must have direct project management experience and accountability for project delivery. Experience limited primarily to project coordination, administrative support, or schedule tracking will not meet the requirements. Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience. • Health insurance options. • Retirement plan options. • Paid time off and company holidays. • Professional development and continuing education opportunities. • Opportunity to lead diverse architecture and engineering projects. • Collaborative, multidisciplinary professional environment. • Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.
