WIL is seeking a Rural Health Network Director to lead a network of rural hospitals, clinics, and community partners that plan and improve local health services. What you'll do • Direct network formation, governance, and strategic planning • Facilitate member organizations such as hospitals, clinics, public health, and social services • Lead the community health needs assessment and network work plan • Develop shared services, care coordination, and sustainability strategies • Track network performance and health outcomes • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required • Experience directing a rural health network, consortium, or multi-organization health collaborative • Knowledge of rural health care delivery and financing • Strategic planning and governance facilitation experience • Program management, budgeting, and reporting experience • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US Nice to have • MHA, MPH, or FACHE • Prior federal rural health network grant experience • Critical access hospital or rural health clinic leadership
