What you'll do • Direct planning and delivery of rural substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery programs • Lead a consortium of health providers, public health, law enforcement, and community partners • Expand access to medications for opioid use disorder, harm reduction, and recovery supports • Plan recruitment and training for the local substance use workforce • Track overdose, access, and service outcomes • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required • Experience directing substance use treatment, prevention, or recovery programs • Experience in rural or underserved communities • Consortium or multi-partner leadership experience • Program management, budgeting, and reporting experience • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US Nice to have • LCSW, LADC, or equivalent licensure • Experience with medications for opioid use disorder and harm reduction • Prior federal rural health or substance use grant experience
