Hours are flexible primarily in office 8:00- 5:00 PM assisting the RN clinical manager with clinical staff education, Field staff training and other duties as assigned. Job Description for Clinical Supervisor • Oasis documentation review/chart review audits for compliance with State & CMS guidelines • Assist with education/onboarding & training of clinical field staff • Supervisory clinical staff visits • Some travel within the Metro Detroit AdvisaCare service area is required weekly • Positive attitude, highly organized team player who is willing to serve as a leader to the clinical team.
