Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Ensure & sustain Paint Quality by proactive approach to control process to prevent any type of quality failure. • Co-ordinate with paint material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation. • Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan. • Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints. • Paint Quality planning & execution for new model , new color launches , new projects in paint shop. • Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints. • Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations. • Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits. • Increase morale of the team by giving them input of outgoing quality as it has a direct impact on product quality and the brand."
