Director, Assistant General Counsel Location: Greenville, SC (Hybrid) Compensation: $180,000 – $240,000 base + bonus + comprehensive benefits A rapidly growing financial services and technology-driven lending organization is seeking a Director, Assistant General Counsel to serve as a strategic legal advisor across regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, litigation management, and enterprise risk initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to help shape legal and regulatory strategy within a highly regulated, growth-focused environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives while mitigating legal and compliance risk.
