Location: US remote Salary: $200-250K base, uncapped commissions, equity Reporting to: CEO We’re partnered with a high-growth, profitable payments infrastructure company is looking for a Head of Business Development, to build and lead its commercial function from the ground up. The business supports banks, fintechs, digital asset companies and other institutional clients with cross-border payments and related financial infrastructure services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy. • Build, hire, and lead the sales organization. • Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and commercial strategy. • Expand and manage referral and partner channels. • Work closely with compliance and leadership to ensure growth aligns with risk and regulatory requirements. • Support institutional business development and strategic customer acquisition. Requirements • Senior revenue, sales, or commercial leadership experience within payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure. • Proven track record building commercial teams and processes from an early stage. • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, transaction pricing, and financial infrastructure economics. • Experience selling to banks, fintechs, payment providers, or digital asset companies. • Knowledge of AML/compliance considerations in regulated financial services. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
