P.B. Bell is looking for an outgoing, creative, and organized Resident Event Coordinator / Leasing Consultant to join the team at Noria! This position is primarily focused on creating fun and engaging experiences for our residents. You’ll take the lead on planning and coordinating resident events, working with vendors and local businesses, promoting events, managing event details and budgets, and helping bring new ideas to life. When needed, you’ll also provide basic leasing support, including greeting prospective residents, conducting apartment and community tours, and answering entry-level leasing questions. This position is approximately 80% resident events and community engagement and 20% leasing support. What You'll Do • Plan and coordinate resident events and activities from start to finish. • Develop creative new event ideas and help create memorable resident experiences. • Coordinate vendors, food, entertainment, supplies, and event details. • Promote events through social media, email, RentCafe, Soci Go, and resident communications. • Maintain the community bulletin board and monthly resident calendar. • Work within the property's event budget and help track expenses and purchases. • Build relationships with local businesses and vendors. • Assist with apartment and community tours and basic leasing responsibilities as needed. • Provide a friendly and professional experience to prospective residents while following Fair Housing and property guidelines. The ideal candidate enjoys planning, has strong customer service skills, is comfortable with social media, and can manage multiple details while keeping things organized. Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, leasing, or customer service is a plus. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday Approximately 23–27 hours per week This position will require occasional evenings or weekends for resident events, depending on the event schedule. Please note: This is not a traditional full-time leasing position. The primary focus of the role is resident events and community engagement, with leasing responsibilities serving as support when needed.
