Responsibilities • Drive strategic goal across measurement programs, partnering across boundaries to transform complex systems into cohesive advertiser experiences. • Define multi-year user experience (UX) roadmaps, establishing holistic product visions for causal measurement, attribution, and agentic workflows. • Unify fragmented data, measurement, and reporting architectures to dismantle cross-organizational silos. • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning product investments with user-centered business impact, and elevate organization-wide UX maturity through technical mentorship, cross-functional team leadership, and stewarding design excellence. • Pioneer scalable design standards, privacy-durable interaction paradigms, and human-agent collaboration models for complex investigative surfaces. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 10 years of experience in product design or UX. • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
