As a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent, you’ll own recruiting efforts across a defined geographic market, partnering with hiring leaders to understand local staffing needs and build strong pipelines of pharmacist talent. You’ll proactively engage both active and passive candidates, create market-specific sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a welcoming, high-quality recruiting experience from first conversation through offer. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, understands that healthcare talent markets can vary from one community to the next, and is energized by finding the right talent for critical pharmacist positions. Job Responsibilities • Clarifies position requirements with hiring partners. • Develops sourcing plans for assigned vacancies. • Screens applicants against job-related criteria. • Guides interviewers on consistent candidate evaluation. • Addresses obstacles in assigned candidate pipelines within established recruitment guidelines. • Escalates potential risks in hiring practices that require policy interpretation. • Uses recruitment metrics to refine search approaches.
