▪ Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming front desk environment ▪ Assist the Front Desk Manager with daily operations and staff supervision ▪ Train, coach, and motivate front desk associates to meet service standards ▪ Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally ▪ Oversee check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and billing accuracy ▪ Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team productivity ▪ Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue opportunities ▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards ▪ Maintain accurate reports, records, and front office systems ▪ Lead by example in professionalism, appearance, and service delivery ▪ Maintain composure and efficiency in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Qualifications: ▪ Associate degree + 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience ▪ 3–5 years of progressive hotel or hospitality experience preferred ▪ Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred ▪ Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills ▪ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment ▪ Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays ▪ Willingness to obtain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Food Handler, Alcohol Awareness)
