Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.74 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:30 AM - 05:00 PMTue08:30 AM - 05:00 PMWed08:30 AM - 05:00 PMThur08:30 AM - 05:00 PMFri08:30 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government motor vehicle services location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols. • Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public service areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. • Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, directing individuals to appropriate service areas while reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns. • Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, and daily security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures. Minimum Requirements: • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
