As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. • Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and responding personnel while supporting a professional environment. Minimum Requirements: • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. • CPR certification is preferred. • A guard card or license is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
