Oversee the clinical care delivery within the street medicine program including the assistant medical directors. Provide leadership across an Arizona Street medicine coalition of educational institutions. Lead strategic planning and program expansion efforts. Develop and expand clinical rotations in street medicine for medical students, residents and fellows. Mentor learners in clinical, service and leadership roles within the program. Mentor and support student, resident and fellow research projects related to street medicine. Identify, develop and lead grant applications and funding opportunities to support program sustainability and growth.
