Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Memphis, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting • Function within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and support staff to manage patient assignments • Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotation as needed • Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and scheduling requirements, including potential float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius • Be available to work required holidays per facility policy when applicable Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing • At least 1 prior completed travel assignment required • Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — no pending licenses accepted • Level I Trauma experience required • Large hospital experience required • Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — this rule is strictly enforced • All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO will not be considered after an offer has been presented Preferred Experience / Skills • 3 or more years of experience in the specialty • EPIC electronic health record experience • ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center environment with a collaborative team nursing model • Expected schedule of 4x12-hour night shifts per week in a dynamic acute care setting
