Job Title Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Location Maryville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts (18:45–07:15) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic unit during night shift hours • Float to like units based on skill set and demonstrated competencies as needed per census demands • Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system • Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR • Participate in every-other-weekend coverage rotation (schedule subject to change based on unit need) • Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes Required Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN license or multistate compact license • ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required • Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic or relevant specialty nursing • Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience • Must not be a first-time traveler • Must live more than 50 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible; candidates between 50–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in both teaching hospital and community hospital settings • Familiarity with orthopedic post-operative patient populations Why Join Us • Pre-assignment orientation modules may be reimbursable for up to 16 hours of completed work • Opportunity to work within a structured, well-supported travel nursing program with clear compliance guidelines
