Job Title Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU Location Memphis, TN | Neuro ICU Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | On-site Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Neuro ICU environment • Monitor and assess neurological patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed • Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius on an as-needed basis • Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and documentation requirements throughout the assignment Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro ICU experience required • At least one prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers may be considered with 3 or more years of recent Neuro ICU experience • Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC-compliant) RN license — must be in compliance at time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted • Current BLS certification required; if expiring during assignment, a documented renewal plan must be included at time of submission • All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored • Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills • 3 or more years of recent Neuro ICU experience • Experience with EPIC electronic health records • BSN preferred for select positions; ADN accepted for this role Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, specialized Neuro ICU setting with an expected schedule of 36 hours per week on night shifts • ASAP start date available for qualified candidates ready to begin immediately
