Role Overview: This role involves providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, monitoring vital signs, and operating advanced medical equipment. Additionally, this involves administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and responding rapidly to changes in a patient’s condition. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver compassionate care in high-pressure environments. Requirements: • 1.5 years of experience • COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed • Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only • MUST have strong Neuro experience • Teaching Hospital Experience Preferred • Community Hospital Experience Preferred • LTAC Experience Preferred • First Time Travelers Accepted – Experience • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required • SC License required • EPIC Charting Proficiency Experience Required Skills required: • Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmia, Management of dysrhythmia, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure • IV therapy: Arterial line management, Central line care/management • Medications: Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips • Respiratory/Thoracic: BiPAP/CPAP management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT) Schedule: • Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) • Float: Required if needed • Weekend Coverage: Required Apply Today!
