In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes. What we offer: • NEW RATES! Compensation: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience • Predictable schedules, real work-life balance and fewer late nights • A respectful kitchen environment, focused on a team-oriented culture, focus on quality, consistency and relationships • Encouragement (and training) to grow into lead cook, sous chef and management roles! • Restaurant‑level cooking without restaurant‑level burnout • PTO, paid volunteer hours, and competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law • Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age • 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match What you’ll do: • Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards • Execute cook‑to‑order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation • Work side‑by‑side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service • Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back What you need: • At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience • Ability to work some weekends and holidays. • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
