Governance, Financial Oversight & Tech Management • Financial & Margin Management: Review margins, monitor DTO queues, and analyze accessorial trends to eliminate avoidable costs and drive profitability. • Network Health Governance: Monitor systemic operational issues (e.g., chronic offender carriers or troubled lanes) to resolve root-cause delays and missed pickups. • Tech Management: Direct tech escalations, manage user access requests, and oversee EDI/API integrations and UAT testing to ensure seamless platform operations. 3. Executive Customer Engagement & Value Delivery • Value Proposition Ownership: Ensure program value propositions are consistently communicated, validated, and delivered across all customer touchpoints. • Business Reviews (MBR/QBR): Build high-impact presentation materials and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase performance, key wins, and forward-looking strategic initiatives. • Relationship Expansion: Strengthen executive-level relationships, engage new stakeholders, and position the company as an indispensable strategic partner. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience analyzing operational and financial data to uncover cost savings and efficiency gains. • Has managed account margins, tracking accessorials, and resolving systemic operational issues. • Overseeing EDI/API integrations, UAT testing, and system escalations. • Prior experience working directly for an LTL Carrier or related company. • Proficient with MS Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
