In our established practice, we welcome a strong flow of new patients each month. The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.  Overview: • Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus! • Full Time General Dentist in Enfield, CT • 4-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM • Daily Guarantee or up to 36% Benefits: Please note that some benefits require full-time employment (averaging 32 hours per week) • Health Insurance with optional HSA (health savings account), (single or family coverage) • Exclusive discounts through LifeMart for those enrolled in our benefits coverage, for savings on gyms, meal services, rental cars, and more • Dental benefits (including free cleanings) • Vision coverage • Employee assistance program with access to mental health support, legal advice, financial counseling, and more • 401K with dedicated financial assistance  • Continuing education through opportunities at 42 North Dental, as well as opportunities to attend free CE events through Harvard Rounds Network • Unlimited earning potential   Responsibilities: • Promote oral health and disease prevention • Diagnose oral diseases • Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options • Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health • Review treatment plan options with patients • Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records • Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests • Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws • Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care • Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity • Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism • Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development Skills & Qualifications: • DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA) • Current state license to practice dentistry • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination • Proof of malpractice insurance • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification When you join 42 North Dental, you will be part of a team that always has your back and trusts your expertise.
