We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. What You’ll Do: • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings • Enter session notes on rethink for every visit obtain signatures from parents or teachers at time of visit • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision • Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills • Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team • Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client Qualifications: • Active RBT certification required • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred • Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance • Experience with session note writing and documentation • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must Why Join Behavior Stars? • Flexible scheduling with after-school and weekend cases available • Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship • Opportunities for career growth and BCBA track development • Streamlined systems for scheduling, data collection, and documentation • Consistent case availability • Collaborative and clinician-focused team environment Build a Career That Matters!
