RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for services rendered • Confirm BCBA credentialing on all authorizations prior to claim submission • Review claim denials and resubmit with appropriate corrections and documentation • Reconcile billing records daily and maintain accurate claim status tracking • Communicate with payers to resolve outstanding claim issues SKILLS: • Experience submitting insurance claims in a healthcare or ABA setting • Knowledge of payer-specific billing requirements and CPT codes • Experience working denials and resubmissions with measurable recovery rates • Proficiency in billing platforms such as Tebra, Rethink, or CentralReach • Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure WHAT SETS YOU APART?
