WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals • Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments • Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success • And more!
