Payroll Manager – 2,000+ Employee Organization LBAPS is seeking a highly organized Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large and growing workforce of over 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, process improvement skills, and experience managing high-volume payroll functions.
