What you’ll get: • High level of on-the-job training • Flexible scheduling options • Professional development assistance and RBT supervision certification support • Award winning culture and mission-driven team • The opportunity to leave work each day knowing you've made a difference What you’ll do: • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings • Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session • Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA What you’ll need: • Required:High School Diploma • Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children • Current RBT certification • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community Here at Bright Horizons ABA, we are a community and we aim to foster a safe and enriching environment for each child and staff member!
