Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Potential for overtime and mandatory on-call rotation What you will do- • While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers • Prepare, ship, and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products. • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Responsible for kit inspections and process orders for products • Work with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments) • Maintain account records, signing, reporting, and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activities • Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipment • Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries • Coordinate drivers and routes for shipments • Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc. • Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returns • Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization • Cross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs   What you need- Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs • High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: • Associates degree • Experience in a hospital, medical device, healthcare, or sterile processing environment. • Familiarity with medical terminology, implants, surgical instruments, or healthcare operations. • Experience with inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations. • Experience supporting on-call, after-hours, or customer-facing operations. $23.90 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
