Our team is growing and we are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Portsmouth, NH! Full-time and part-time opportunities available. About the Role You will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized physical therapy care that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions. What you'll do: • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. • Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development • Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs. • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes· • Document patient care services via EMR Prompt utilizing AI scribing with Prediction Health Sidekick for faster, easier and more compliant documentation Why Join Sport & Spine Physical Therapy?
