Responsibilities: • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards. • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks. • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in electrical work, specifically in multi-family residential settings. • Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components relevant to multi-family housing. • Journeyman electrician's license in the state of practice. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and independently. • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. • Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in various conditions. · Willing to work overtime, on weekends and holidays.
