Reporting to the Coated Grains Manager, this position will operate processing equipment as per the daily production schedule to meet production orders. Responsibilities: • Packaging and storage of granola based products to meet production orders • Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment • Setting up production equipment • Operating forklift in a safe and efficient manner • Setting up and replenishing various ingredients • General housekeeping of production area and stocking supplies • Pulling samples for micro testing • Observing Good Management Practices and required HAACP procedures • Operating warehouse management hand scanners Qualifications: • Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed, may include week-end and holiday shifts • Able to read, write and communicate effectively • Able to lift and stack 50 lbs repetitively • Able to bend, squat, walk and/or stand during entire shift • Candidate should possess basic computer and problem solving skills • Forklift experience is an asset, but not required, training will be provided Richardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 4,000 employees across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
