Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Support Team Operator - 3rd Shift at our Memphis, TN facility. The hourly rate for this position is $23.40 with a 3rd shift premium of $1.25 per hour. Responsibilities: • Follow all workplace health & safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times • Work safely by using required PPE, applying hazard controls, and completing only authorized work • Actively support safety programs (report hazards/incidents, participate in investigations and training) • Operate and maintain the acid plant, wastewater neutralization system, and related equipment • Handle oil processes: receive/unload shipments, pump, transfer, and load to storage or transport • Perform inventory tracking, tank measurements, documentation, and maintain 5S standards • Provide general support (utilities, pumping, basic maintenance) and complete other assigned duties Qualifications: • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively • Understand instruction and follow direction • Work primarily in a warm to hot environment • High School Diploma or GED required Richardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing and has over 4,000 employees across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
