Position Summary: Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family. Compensation Range: • Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting hourly rate of $26.44–$31.25/hour • Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting hourly rate of $28.85–$37.02/hour Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position Schedule: • Part Time - 20hrs/week, supporting CARE IOP programming (Binge eating focus) • Monday-Thursday, 3pm-8pm CST How Therapists Empower Recovery: • Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan. • Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs. • Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals. • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices. • Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns. • Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies. • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning. • Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission. Qualifications: • Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Minnesota • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required. • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required. • Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
